Neil Gissler, Technology Delivery and Operations leader joins Zivra, LLC as Senior Strategic Advisor.
Chicago, Illinois – October 3, 2022 – Zivra, LLC an industry leading IT advisory services firm in DevSecOps, Digital Transformation, Cybersecurity and Cloud Migration services, announced today that Neil Gissler has joined the company ranks as the Senior Advisor in their Board of Advisors.
Gissler has 35 years of experience and a deep background in business strategy, operating model design and implementation, P&L design and management, go-to-market organization design, client segmentation and management, business operations and service delivery, while delivering year-over-year growth in start-up, hyper-growth, and maturing business cycles. His most recent role was COO of Dentsu International where he was responsible for the transformation of the business globally (spanning strategy development, operating model and organization design, as well as the global consolidation of brands and legal entities), as well as the on-going operations of the business to deliver planned growth and profit expectations.
Prior to Dentsu International, he was the Global COO at Merkle, a global advertising and marketing technology services company. At Merkle, he designed and implemented a new, growth-oriented operating model and organization design, implemented a market-based master service set and new multi-dimensional P&L, modernized the marketing technology services business by pivoting to fully cloud based technology solutions and transformed the overall operations of the business to deliver
year-over-year profitable growth. The transformation resulted in business growth and expanded gross margin by 1400bps in less than 24 months, as well as enabled the overall business to drive organic and inorganic growth, growing revenue from $500M to $1.2B+ and expanding gross margin by 800bps and operating profit by 1200bps in less than 4 years.
Prior to Merkle, he was the North America leader for Accenture’s Technology growth platform. At Accenture, he managed $8.7B in Technology and IT Services sales and $7.9B in revenue and managed more than 57,000 service delivery personnel driving 16% year-over-year growth (while Gartner/IDC projected 4-5% industry growth) and expanding margins, reducing cost-to-serve and implementing improved pricing and client service delivery for 2 consecutive years.
